Condolences from the Baer family to you and yours. It's a sad thing indeed when a life is cut short unnecessarily and senselessly. But when it happens to one that is so loving and caring of his family it is not just a tragedy, it is a travesty.

We were just yay' high when I saw him last,
A memory now from days long past,
Tall and stern and firm he stood,
With the strength and poise of a big Redwood,
"KEVIN!" He would yell from yards away,
And we knew that call meant the end of play,
Time to go home it was supper time,
So Kevin and Sherri and Jenny said bye,
They ran to their home only 3 yards away,
But we knew tomorrow was another day,
When the kids from the block would play once again,
Until we heard him yell, "KEVIN!!"
