I only just discovered Cecil's passing. I was just trying to reconnect with some of my old school buddies. Cecil was one of my first friends when we both attended Redlands Elementary School. We really shared some great times back then. Followed him through to South Dade, but lost track after that. Still a great person and I'm sure his family will be missing him too.
